Q base halls are multifunctional, we have tried to create conveniences for our customers for the maximum number of activities. Here are some of them in an exemplary but not exhaustive list:

All kinds of lessons – language, math, drawing, etc., courses, activity and product presentations, client meetings, seminars and trainings, yoga, pilates, dance, therapy sessions and constellations, streaming, tastings, workshops, negotiations, video screenings, different types of events and much more.

Terms of use

  • Halls Q1 and Q2 ARE COMPLETELY SELF-SERVICED. Please consider within the frame of the rental period the time you will need to configure the equipment and the hall, as well as enough time to tidy up after the end of the session. In case of non-compliance with the rental time and delay on your part, a fine of BGN 50 is imposed, which will be taken from the deposit. It is the Client’s responsibility to arrange the hall according to the needs of the event, to assemble the folding desks and arrange the chairs or mats. During the event, you must ensure that the hall is kept clean and tidy. After the end of the session, the room should be cleared and arranged as it was found. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of BGN 50, which will be taken from the deposit.
  • When renting the hall, you will receive an access code by e-mail, which will be active from the time of booking until the end of the rental period. You can send the access code to the people you expect for your lesson or event or have them ring the doorbell upon arrival.
  • Before leaving the hall please make sure you have taken all your personal belongings as your access code will not be active. However, in case of forgotten items, contact us at the telephone number indicated on the site so that we can assist you. We are not responsible for forgotten items as there may be other people after you, but we will do our best to find them.
  • On your email you will receive detailed instructions for using the multimedia and other technology in the halls, entering and exiting, as well as assembling the desks. You can also find this information on our website.
  • When renting the hall for a drawing lesson, the client is obliged to wrap the desks with stretch foil, which can be found in the hall, and to remove it afterwards.
  • Pets are allowed in the halls only upon confirmation with us at the phone number indicated on the website.
  • We try to protect the environment and try to limit plastic waste, so we kindly ask you to bring reusable cups for water, coffee or tea if possible. Of course, in the absence of such, you can find what you need in the halls.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the halls.
  • Bringing in alcoholic beverages or food is allowed after confirmation about type and quantity with us on the phone number specified on the website.
  • If the event requires any decoration, it must be placed and removed without damaging or disrupting any part of the hall such as walls or furniture.
  • Parties and the playing of loud music that may disturb the peace of the neighbors in the building are not allowed. The sound system of the events should comply with this requirement.
