HALL Q1: The hall is situated in the city center of Sofia, Ivan Vazov neighborhood, next to the South Park and not far from the National Palace of Culture. A comfortable and pleasant space with high ceilings, situated on street level, filled with natural light.
EQUIPMENT: At your disposal you have a high-speed Wi-Fi connection, a multimedia, a large high-resolution screen, Bluetooth speakers and a whole wall that can be used as a blackboard. For activities during which video is to be played, there is the possibility to shade the windows as well as to dim the interior lights. The hall has 6 double and 4 single desks for 16 people as well as 20 chairs that can be arranged in a stage configuration, in addition to two soft benches for 4 people each. The hall also contains 10 Yoga or Pilates maps and cubes, 15 cups for drawing, as well as dust-free chalk for writing on the black wall.
DESIGN: Q1 has a unique interior in warm natural colors and materials. The light is suitable for all kinds of events. The furnishing includes PVC flooring and desks and cabinets made from natural wood. You get the feeling of coziness and a pleasant working environment.
SIZE: The hall is about 70 m2. It can be used for studying for up to 16 people and presentations or lectures for up to 25 people.
FLEXIBILITY: The desks can be arranged and connected with a benching system in different configurations according to the needs of the event. Additional chairs and desks can be added if needed.
AMENITIES: In the hall there is a professional coffee and tea machine, as well as a high-class water dispenser, the use of which is free of charge.
UTILIZATION: The hall is fully self-serviced. The user themselves prepares and arranges the inventory according to the format of the event. At the end the room is to be tidied up and left in the condition in which it was found. A fully automated process for using the premises, without unnecessary communication with employees and/or organizers, is facilitated. You will receive detailed instructions from us on how to use the space and equipment.
